Great rental for a small family. Very clean and conveniently located. Not sure about beach access as we didn't use it.

Location, and beach access great, quiet friendly neighborhood. The rental description indicated that there was a community pool available, which was not there on the property. It was about 10 miles away. They also indicated in the description that the lighthouse was within walking distance and it was not., in fact it was under repair and boarded up and not accessible at all at any time. The biggest disappointment was, The house was dirty. It had not been cleaned between the people that had just moved out and us moving in, the toilets had poop on them. The sinks were not cleaned and the tubs were dirty. The floors were so dirty that the white socks got black. The beds were clean we had clean towels. The furniture was a little bit outdated with stains that felt dirty. The dishes and all the pots and pans were put away dirty with chunks of foods stuck on from not washing, everything we cooked with had to be pre- washed. Nothing in the house to cook with except for a little salt and pepper only. No spices, oil, nothing. No iron, no blow dryer, only 3 pods for 3 loads of laundry, one bath towel for each, no extras. No beach towels. No cleaning supplies left to clean up after the last tenants/cleaning crew leaving the poop spattered on the toilet. We liked the property and the location and we would like to come back, but we would like to have them have a professional cleaning company ensure that the property is cleaned prior to us moving in.
Our overall rating would be a 2 1/2.
