Spartina would make an excellent vacation destination because it is well-maintained and furnished. A quick drive will get you to Cape Point, where you can fish or simply unwind on the beach! Guests need to bring their own bring paper goods, towels, and linens. To the owner's taste, Spartina is furnished and decorated. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforters.
