1. NO smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.
2. Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4pm, and check-out is 11am.
3. We allow pets. PLEASE, If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is $120 per trip per animal.
4. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
5. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay.
6. Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay.
7. Quiet Hours: 10:30PM - 8AM.
8. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night.
9. The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
10. Please do not wash hair down the drain.
* We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Once again the stay was perfect. Enough rooms and comfortable beds for all in our party. This space is perfect for a large or small group when you need to be near Denver. Quiet & friendly neighborhood.
Hosts are always ready to help when needed. Communication is top notch.

Nicely renovated home that reflected online photos. The wifi password was incorrect, but corrected shortly. It was missing kitchen supplies such as baking sheets, prep bowls, basic spices, a variety of cooking pots/pans and serving dishes. There were only 4 forks for our family of 9. The backyard didn't live up to photos as the volleyball net was torn and the bocce court overgrown. The owner did send someone to fix the AC in a timely fashion. It was an unusual heat wave at the time.

The host was very nice and helpful when we struggled to get inside the house using the key pad.
the backyard was not as pictured and not well kept with maintaining the high grass.
overall the visit was great and if we travel with 8 people again I would not mind renting again.

Host was awesome and easy to communicate with. The photos don’t do this lovely space. We were so impressed with all of the bedrooms. Two gathering areas with couches were perfect. We loved everything about it. Quiet neighborhood not far from the interstate, so easy to get anywhere. We would definitely stay here again!!!
