Welcome to the Arvada Arcade! New Ownership and Amazing New Design Upgrades and Features Including: new fire pit, backyard design & all new furniture. This home was built for your group to be right in the middle of Olde Town Arvada with games to keep you busy for weeks! With its vaulted ceilings and open lower half, the home was made to entertain. Perfectly located near grocery stores, shopping and local restaurants. Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests with an entertainment room to match!
Home is located directly off of the main road and very close to I70. Closely located to shopping and food in Olde Town Arvada. Even though the home is located of the main road, this is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors will respect your privacy and are aware the home is a short term rental. Please respect all the neighbors by abiding by our house rules. All house rules are set to accommodate our guests and neighbors.

We chose this property for our teen/ it’s so close to coffee, breakfast and dinner. We loved adventuring out during the day and being able to walk to Arvada in the morning and evening.

Host was fantastic right out of the gate. It literally feels like you’re going home at the end of the day. Plenty to do in Arvada, 20 minutes from Denver or the mountains. Excellent location. Almost everything was thought of, excellent coffee bar for the mornings, amazing backyard for the evenings, TVs in almost every room, streaming options on every one of them. Much, much better than even an extremely nice hotel!
