Staff were excellent, super helpful and quick service. Rooms were showing their age and the free coffee was a nice touch but really needed to offer the choice (milk) to meet customer selections. Otherwise great location and vibe.

Initially had a very small room but desk staff changed us to a better room. Appreciated daily room servicing.

Our room was perfect for our 5 night stay in Sydney. Had everything we needed and was very close to public transport, restaurants and shopping.
The room was lovely and the bedding was very comfortable.
I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.
