    Well located just on the fringe of the city scramble. Staff are great, friendly and efficient. Amenities were spotless. The bed, my main measure of worth, was soft and warm, but not too soft.

    The hotel is very close to everything such as shopping centres & transport. Value of money for the base in Chatswood

    We requested a room with a king bed and two singles. We were given a room with a king bed. Despite a request to honour the original booking, this was not done. Had to buy an air mattress so our family could all sleep somewhere. Cleaning service was average. No real evidence of any cleaning. It was super convenient for my daughter who was performing at the Concourse. Otherwise, overpriced for what it is.
