    The 2 bedroom suite is beautiful. It has an ensuite and main bathroom, kitchen, living & dining area. Conveniently located near Chatswood Interchange, Westfield & restaurants. Found some dusts on the floor but they were not much at all. Surfaces are cleaned from dust. Elevators are clean. Decent size swimming pool (my kids love it). Thank you Meriton Suite Chatswood Team for providing excellent service & trying your best to accommodate our need (dust free room as much as possible) 🙏

    Generally good place, comfortable, well appointed. Decor is colourless but pleasant. Gym is 24 hours. No extra charges with internal facilities so I used the clothes dryer almost daily. My place was more like a 1 brm unit. Oddly bed lamps were dusty

    Booked a 3 night stay here thinking it would be convenient and close to the station, but it ended up being disappointing. While the room was spacious, we noticed dirty streak marks on the TVs, broken door handle, ripped carpet and flickering light. Under the bed we found a dusty sock, a pair of glasses, and a notebook, all covered in dust, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Ofcourse all they good is apologise. Also , I had to vacuum the room myself since cleaning is only done between bookings. So wont be recommending this hotel.
