    The staff were very helpful and their response to our request was quick and efficient. The location was near to the train and subway stations which makes travel very convenient. It is also surrounded by shopping malls, shops and eating places where dining is not a problem.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. It is set in busy location within walking distance to Chatswood Interchange but it is in a quiet pocket. Facilities were clean and not overcrowded. Service was exceptional. One bedroom suite was so spacious. If I get a chance Meriton Suites would still be my first choice.

    Booked a 3 night stay here thinking it would be convenient and close to the station, but it ended up being disappointing. While the room was spacious, we noticed dirty streak marks on the TVs, broken door handle, ripped carpet and flickering light. Under the bed we found a dusty sock, a pair of glasses, and a notebook, all covered in dust, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Ofcourse all they good is apologise. Also , I had to vacuum the room myself since cleaning is only done between bookings. So wont be recommending this hotel.
