    The 2 bedroom unit is well maintained with centralised location next to Chatswood Westfield. The staff is prompt in addressing items. Only real downside is the deeds are way too soft. Difficult for 2 persons to sleep on a queen bed.

    The accommodation room was very comfortable and the location excellent. The shower was dismal at best, there was a problem with the pressure but only in the shower, I asked to have someone look at it in the morning and had to remind them again in the afternoon. Also the TV in the bedroom was missing the cable so unable to be used, they fixed it late in the afternoon but nothing could be done about the shower

    I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, but this stay completely destroyed my trust. I am blacklisting this property immediately upon checkout. First, check-in was frustrating: we waited over 10 minutes at an empty front desk and had to call their phone just to get someone to show up. Second, room amenities are dysfunctional. We set the air conditioner/heater to 32°C, yet the room temperature wouldn't go above 19°C, making it extremely uncomfortable for my 2-year-old child. Most terrifyingly, there is a severe elevator safety hazard. Out of the 3 high-rise elevators, 1 was already broken. What’s worse, the elevator that plunged was the ONLY operating high-rise elevator right at the main lobby/reception area. I was inside this elevator with my 2-year-old heading up to the 25th floor, when the screen went pitch black and the lift plunged downward. Terrified, I hit the "STOP" button, which barely halted the fall down at floor P3. This means 2 out of 3 elevators are broken or outright dangerous! When I reported this life-threatening incident to reception, their response was shockingly nonchalant. They merely asked if I was a resident and casually said, "Just use the other elevator, this one has issues." They didn't even put up an 'Out of Order' sign on the ONLY main lobby elevator! Leaving a dangerous, plunging elevator right at reception operating without warning is pure negligence. A major accident is bound to happen here. Avoid at all costs!
