Service location and sunset view are wonderful. However the driver it call for sending us to airport is very very bad. When he just picked up us he asked to Pay him fee. We refused and said no worries we have money ready and will pay him when we arrive airport and. However, he suddenly stopped car and asked us must pay him right away. We refused again and show him cash on our hand. And then he had to drive us to airport but parked at the parking lot and refused to drop off us at the departure dropping area. We think hotel should not call this driver again for its guests

The honeymoon suite has an amazing view for sunsets, away from the huge crowds just above at Oia Castle. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff was so nice and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

The honeymoon suite room 205 was amazing . It’s literally underneath Oia Castle rooftop where hundreds of people visits . We are only about 10 steps to the castle . We went up the castle at midnight literally on our sleep wear 😀. The view are amazing!’

LOVE LOVE LOVE. We stayed the first night of our Greece honeymoon at Art Maisons and couldn't have asked for better. Wished we stayed for more nights but when we booked, there was only 1 night available- thats how popular it was. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, with our own jacuzzi and private view of the beautiful Oia houses/hotels as well as the Caldera. We spent all day in the jacuzzi and watched the most beautiful sunset. We could see allllll the tourists crowded to get a view of Santorini's beautiful sunset but we had our own private spot and it was so amazing!!!! Well worth every penny and a great start to our honeymoon. Breakfast was out of this world, again watching Santorini wake up with the views. Wow wow wow! Would love to stay here again if I ever get the chance. Loved the location as well, right underneath the Oia Castle, which ppl clamor for great pics. How lucky we were to stay in Art Maisons!!! Tip: consider getting a taxi/car with them as they will send someone to pick you up and ur luggage (its a 5 min walk away but lots of cobblestone stairs lol)

Something happened between Expedia search and their handoff with this property that we were forced to pay $400 more for our kids to be with us in their largest suite (of 2 bedrooms). A total ripoff. And even though Expedia called to have them advance our checkout date by a day, these folks were greedy enough to hide behind the "non-cancellable" contract between them and Expedia. Not the best of destinations. Our Four Seasons experience at Athens was 100x better, with amazing staff and selfless service. I will never return to this property again. They were penny wise and pound foolish.

At first I was not so happy since I booked Oia Castle and they send me to stay at Aspaki. When I arrived at Aspaki, I loved the Amazing view the hotel has and also the fact that we had private access to enjoy the sunset at Oia Castle. Very friendly and efficient staff, they even guide me on best places to visit in the Island.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room is just what we expected and hoped for. Clean, refined, comfortable and in a location that just can not be beat. Airport VIP transfer was warm and welcoming. On arrival to Oia, Kostas greeted us at our transfer drop off and handled our luggage through busy corridors and up steep stairways - all with the greatest attitude. At the hotel Evi and Laertis were very friendly and professional, they immediately made us feel like respected friends and made themselves available to us in every way. They even helped modify some reservations and set up our Honeymoon Suite for a celebration. Special mention to Kladji at breakfast also, what a great guy! This hotel is staffed by some wonderful, professional, warm individuals. Can’t wait to be back. We will recommend this property to everyone. If you are lucky enough to lock down a reservation here, do not think twice. Experience of a lifetime!

Art Maisons (Oia Castle Luxury Suites) is the sweet spot in Oia where you are close to everything, including the steps that lead to Ammoudi Bay. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the option to have a private pool is the ultimate luxury. It doesn’t end there. The special bonus and what really makes this place special is the staff. They don’t treat you like a guest, they treat you like a friend. It feels like you are staying at your friend’s luxury home, complete with a delicious complimentary breakfast and activities suggestions and booking assistance. This was a memorable and amazing stay.

Great stay, wonderful service. Just make sure that if you are staying in the Exclusive Suite you understand that the space outside is NOT private (including by the pool during breakfast even though all of the descriptions say the courtyard is private). At night, no other guests are allowed into your area unlike breakfast, but the sunset crowd makes your room very much on display. The pool area for sunset view was unparalleled, but if you are honeymooning or high profile/value privacy, I would not book that room. The Exclusive Suite is equivalent to the Junior Suite but for the view which is probably the best in the area. So make sure you choose what you want since the descriptions are not clear ! We had a nice stay and enjoyed the staff.

You can’t get a better view of the sunset or mountainside (I tried). The view from the balcony and hot tub were superb. Do yourself a favor and book the honeymoon suite. You won’t regret it. 10/10 - this place is incredible. I was unsure of where to stay in Oia. I wanted the sunset and to feel central to everything, while being a bit romantic for us. This is easily the best location on the island for that. The pictures do not do it justice. When crowds gather for the sunset, you sit there on your balcony, literally front row seat watching it all unfold. Not only that, but you are right above Amoudi Bay where you can enjoy a lovely sea food lunch. I was also taken aback by how friendly the staff were. They helped us organise a beautiful boat trip, and were so proactive, and professional at every turn. They did Art Maisons proud. On the last day we used the sister property, Aspaki, which is 5 minutes walk, and once again, just incredible. We lounged by their pool, had a lovely lunch, and took photos of the Blue domes, which are literally beside you. If you want the best view in Oia (and maybe Santorini),5 star service, and amazing memories this is the place. Would definitely return.

We stayed at the Oia Castle for our honeymoon vacation and it was an absolute dream! We stayed in the honeymoon suite and adored our private spa pool with the most perfect view of the sunset each night. The views are amazing but the staff made our stay incredible! They were beyond friendly and accommodating. Big shoutout to Costa, Katerina, and Evi! Breakfast was delicious every morning, served to us by Katerina, and the dinner reservation suggestions made by Evi at the front desk were perfectly chosen. Our spa pool was also cleaned frequently by Costa who also carried our luggage for us to and from our room! We have zero complaints!

We stayed at Art Maison Aspaki instead of Oia Castle because the latter was closed at the time we went. We had a really WONDERFUL time at this beautiful hotel!... Aspaki's property, location, room, employees and breakfasts were fabulous and the view, my goodness... was absolutely stunning! Bring comfortable shoes with rubber soles to walk on the bit dangerous streets and steps in Oia (pronounced EE-ah). Also, note that tourists will do almost anything to get a great photo of themselves, including trespass onto a hotel's property and stand in front of your view to get the best scenery. This was the only downside for us. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

We spent the middle of our honeymoon right above ammoudi bay at oia castle and had the pleasure of meeting aphrodite, elias, maria and even manuelos. Each person was more of a joy than the next. Seeing marias sweet smile and her chipper voice each morning was great as was the traditional breakfast. The knowledge that aphrodite and elias shared was invaluable to our experience. Manuelos carrried all our luggage with one hand and was always working and our room was always cleaned perfect! The volcano room was beautiful with unobstructed sunset views from our private balcony. This was by far the greatest resort hotel myself and fiance have ever been! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. From the minute we stepped into the Castle area we were in awe of the incredible views the resort and our room had. One of the greatest hotels we have ever stayed in. Elias and Aphrodite are amazing hosts. We were upgraded to the Aegean suite because we were celebrating our anniversary. Elias consistently hooked us up with great food recommendations and helped us get great seats at the Islands best restaurants. Breakfast was also immaculate every single day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The best views of the island are found right on this property.

We stayed at the marine honeymoon suite. This is in the upper section of the hotel, along with the sunset honeymoon suite and one other suite. The marine suite enjoys a shared area with two tables (and two chairs with each table) and below, a private area with a cave Jacuzzi and a terrace with a comfortable seating area. The terrace has the most unbelievable views of the sunset. I normally find myself dining out on holiday to experience the best views but there is no need to do that with this hotel, you can enjoy a front row seat at a most remarkable sunset and you can do so in private and in comfort whilst many people line up, hours before sunset, on the streets and the castle above so they can watch the sunset. The room itself is quite spacious (especially in terms of European standards) with a large shower. The only shortcoming is that as the room is built into a cave, the wardrobe was a little small if you want to hang floor length dresses in there, and the safe is on the smaller side too. These are the kind of small details you need to focus on if you want to find the shortcomings of this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Elias who was beyond helpful in every way, with a lovely attitude. The breakfast was also much better than I expected and the lady at breakfast was lovely and even remembered our order. I rarely write reviews as most hotel stays are mediocre. I am writing this review as it was exceptional.
