This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. I would say it’s a quiet luxury. I was surprised at how welcoming the staff were at the hotel. Highly recommend this place for everyone who wants a real retreat.

Hotel is near the bus stop has a nice breakfast and hot showers. Can also see Mount Teide.
Queues for the hot drinks at breakfast. Wi-Fi, a bit temperamental.

Very modern quality hotel. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely pool area. Wide selection for breakfast. Christmas decorations looked amazing. Rooms comfortable and had everything you could need.
Only negative is that’s it’s a steep walk back from seafront, but you can grab a taxi for 5 euros

The pools were lovely, the jacuzzis were great. The breakfast was a great selection and the bar/lunch area was very nice. The bar staff were great! Very friendly!
The welcome on arrival was terrible. The reception staff definitely favour the other clientele over the English speaking ones. We were barely given any information...did not tell us about the check out time, only where breakfast was. They also didn't tell us that you had to pay for the safe.. until we got up to leave that evening and couldn't use it.. very inconvenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. No Information booklet in the room which is very disappointing as we thought that was why the reception staff were so short. Honestly this stay was not worth the money. Also it does not say on booking.com that the beautiful rooftop area that we were so excited to go to is a NUDIST area. The area for mini golf is extremely ran down. Also very few parking spots in their car park, maybe 8-9. Yes there is on street parking but it is not always possible to get a spot nearby
