Parque Vacacional Eden

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the accommodation. The breakfast was always generous and delicious, and the hotel itself is located in a beautiful, well-maintained green area. The hotel is on a hillside, but it has its own parking and was easy to access even with a small car. There is a swimming pool and padel courts, which were a nice bonus. Our room was huge — probably at least 65 m². It had a separate kitchen area, entrance hall, living room and bedroom, as well as a really large terrace. The furniture is a little dated and has a bit of a 2000s feel, but honestly, everything the hotel offers more than makes up for it. I also want to address some of the negative comments about bugs in the rooms. We stayed on the seventh floor and did not see a single bug inside our room during our entire stay. There are sometimes small lizards or geckos outside in the courtyard, but that is simply part of the local wildlife and completely normal for this part of Tenerife. The location is also great for exploring the island. Loro Parque is very close, and the motorway entrance is nearby, making it easy to get around by car. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, and the waiters did as well. We even received a complimentary welcome drink voucher at reception, which we could use for free drinks — a lovely little extra touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, good breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location made for a very pleasant experience.

Almost Everything! Very neat and clean! Great and rich brekfast!

Pool is opened only until 6 pm, and really bad and unstable beds. Not mattresses, but beds. Doble bed is two single beds that cant hold together for 3 minutes.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The location is good. The breakfast was broad.

We heard a lot of noise in our room, from the restaurant (in the morning) and from the bar (at night). When someone smokes in a near balcony, we smell it inside the room, because the windows have some gaps. When we checked-in, the staff was discussing about something out loud at night.
