    Me and my mum we stayed in blue sea resort in February, they gave us room on the top floor in Canarife hotel which has older rooms but very clean with beautiful view to the mountains and trees, stuff is very friendly and the cleaners amazing they cleaning every corner in this hotel, reception floor is sparkling clean 👌, Only con is that they have only 2 restaurants for 3 hotels, one is holding only around 340 people and another 180, unfortunately this is not enough for the amount of guests in this resort in renault there are always queues after 8am. We didn't mind to wait as the food and stuff in the restaurants was very good. I would definitely visit again this resorts.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my family's recent stay at Blue Puerto Resort hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a severe bed bug infestation, which caused significant distress and inconvenience for us. During our stay, my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, and I all experienced numerous bed bug bites in the two separate rooms we occupied. The bites resulted in severe skin allergies and rashes, requiring us to seek medical attention. This unexpected medical expense, along with the emotional stress caused by the situation, greatly impacted our holiday experience. Furthermore, the bed bug infestation forced us to discard our clothes and some of our luggage to prevent further infestation. This unexpected financial loss, coupled with the missed planned attractions, further added to our disappointment. It is alarming to note that this is not an isolated incident. Upon further research, I discovered multiple complaints from previous guests regarding bed bug infestations at your hotel. This raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards at your establishment. Considering the severity of the situation, I strongly urge you to conduct a thorough professional inspection to address the bed bug infestation promptly. It is imperative that you take immediate action to ensure the well-being and comfort of your guests. I also recommend involving the Health Department to assess the situation and implement necessary measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
