We were given a normal room when we had asked for a wheelchair accessible room after we requested it when we booked through your company. Luckily the hotel had one available.

No coffee or tea making in the rooms considering it's a 4 star hotel. The hotel is situated on a very steep hill which made it difficult for wheelchair users. Parking was far too expensive

The hotel was FULL of students who had no respect for other guests.Didnt even get in the pool as they were so roudy. Couldn't sleep at night due to them shouting and screaming all night long

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in, especially Maria, who made us feel welcome right away. During our stay, our son became ill in the room, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond by coming late in the evening to help clean up and even offering to bring him tea. Their kindness and care really stood out. The location was also a highlight. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a quieter setting away from the crowds. The pool was clean and well maintained, and although paid parking was available for €15 per night, we found plenty of free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood and didn’t need to use it.

The rooms were below expectations and showed clear signs of aging. While it appears they were given a superficial renovation some years ago, wear and tear is very visible, with chipped paint and scratched floors. The beds were also quite average and not particularly comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep. That said, the most significant disappointment was the half-board dining experience, especially dinner. Breakfast was acceptable and fairly standard, but the evening meals were consistently poor. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and lacked both quality and appeal. The buffet environment felt more like a noisy school cafeteria than a relaxed dining space, making meals unpleasant. Hygiene in the buffet area was also concerning. Some guests handled food in unhygienic ways, and it would have been reassuring to see hand sanitizer stations available. The staff clearing tables were efficient but not especially friendly or engaging, which added to the impersonal atmosphere. Evening entertainment felt low-effort and repetitive, with virtual bingo offered nightly and generally uninspiring performances. This is not a criticism of the animation team, who were friendly and clearly trying their best, but rather of the overall concept and execution.
