The food was amazing, the staff were amazing, and the hotel itself was spotless. Everything was perfect. We didn't want to leave, had the best holiday we've ever had, and will be going back regularly... Thank-you

The hotel is perfectly clean, the staff all very helpful and accommodating and the location fine for bus links to the airport and to the south. The area beside the pool was tidy and serene, and the bar well-priced - the hotel a good location to use if travelling outside of Puerto de la Cruz as most tours pick up from right across the street. The hotel deserves 8 out of 10 for all matters expected of a budget hotel, I would drop a point because of the service at the mini market the night above. All said, I would certainly stay at the hotel itself again. To the hotel staff I'd like to say thanks for a great holiday!

My only criticism of the hotel is the mini market shop located outside the front door, as on the night of 03/02/2026 I had been sold six cans of local beer by a larger woman who charged additional items that I did not order - bottle openers, etc - on my bank card and hid them within. When I went back at noon the next day the same person was there and pretended to be ignorant of English, that they had not been at the shop then night before which was a complete lie, but then also refused to take back the rubbish she had lumbered onto me. It was only for an unnecessary cost of €7.50 or so, which was hardly anything given the convenient breakfast options included in the hotel's cost. Still, it meant that I would choose not to use the mini market outside the front door with such a dishonest person there.

Poolside on a good day was good.

The only bar to drink at on a night was very poor! Smelt bad, poor entertainment, warm drinks. Bar staff wouldn’t even give us a cocktail where all the ingredients were part of the all inclusive, his excuse was they would only give u the cocktail of the day. Again these were warm!
