    It's okay, just hotel on the hill.. need good fit go to sea.

    For thr price the hotel was ok and I didnt complain as I didnt want to bring any negativity to our holiday and we didnt spend alot of time there so we made do. The hotel is being renovated and the noise form the builders was outside our room from early morning. We wouldnt have minded morning noise but 7am is a bit early on holidays. Also some of the rooms have posters of protest hanging from their balconies. Not a good look! The breakfast was ok, lots of choice, but alot of the food was cold, and breads/cakes stale. The lifts which we depended on as my husband is unable to walk distance were often taken up with workers/staff and very slow. The room was very dated and cold, and the door on the balcony didnt seal for noise exclusion. One good thing was the water pressure and heat of shower water!! I wouldnt return to Teide Mar.

    Our stay was generally okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. We had requested a double bed but were provided with two single beds instead, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the kettle in the room was not functioning, and we noticed hand soap was placed in both the shower and the sink. It might be more convenient to have dedicated shower products available. The kitchen could benefit from having more appliances to make it more functional for guests. We also found the room to be quite hot, as there was no air conditioning. This made the first night particularly uncomfortable, but from the second night onwards, we were able to manage by leaving the window partially open. Lastly, we found the bar's closing time of 6 pm to be quite early, especially for guests who might enjoy a drink in the evening. Extending the hours could be a great addition. Thank you for the hospitality, and we hope these suggestions can help make future stays even better.
