The coffee machine didn't work at breakfast and there was no kettle in my room or a little fridge to keep water or cold drinks Staff were friendly and polite. Room was bright and clean. Cleaners were good. Location excellent

Coffee machine and huge queue for breakfast. People cleared mutable when I had just got up to get something else. Need more buffet area for do many people. And extra coffee machine. Pool are was small and didn't seem like the photos but the beach was nearby so it didn't matter. Entertainment could be improved as the music was a bit slow and room too bright. Lights could be dimmed and more lively music could be put on

The location is perfect. It’s just a seven-minute walk from the central TITSA bus station. Two local supermarkets are very close by, and the nearest HiperDino is just an eight-minute stroll away. Playa Jardín is right outside the door, and the two biggest attractions — Loro Parque and Lago Martiánez — are both a fifteen-minute walk away. Huge shout-out to the cleaning crew. You almost never see them and rarely hear them, but everything is spotless, and the room is very likely already done by the time you return from breakfast.

The food is good and plentiful, but if you are staying longer than a week it is quite repetitive.

The view was amazing, the room was very clean and luminous. There is a swimming pool and restaurant, and it's location it's extremely good.

Minor but weird little mishaps, like having only one plug for charging in the room (I am traveling for work so that was not enough), the internal wifi network is handled by Melia which has a lot if issues with Linux distributions (which is what I have as OS) so I had to use my phone as tethering, and also the wc had no toilet brush.

The hotel is in a good location near the city and the beach, it’s pretty big, lovely pool and views and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. The buffet serves nice breakfasts but the dinners are not great. Plus you have to pay extra for drinks (worth knowing)

The rooms need serious updating, when you have a room facing the ocean, the wind is very loud and the room tends to get cold at night. Bathrooms were old and dirty, with a slight smell of damp. Nothing the cleaners could do to help, it’s because the rooms are just old.
