The location of the hotel is excellent and check-in was quick and easy with all the relevant information being given (meal times, wifi code etc). We had requested a superior double quiet room and were given a (physical) key to room 504 which we were pleased to find fitted our request. There was a small balcony (with a manual latch) with a table and two chairs (but no drying rack), which gave a view of the sea and neighbouring properties. The room had a wardrobe with sufficient shelving for our couple of nights stay, a good fridge and a TV with BBC 1&2, ITV, Channel 4 & other English-language news channels. A complementary fruit bowl and bottle of water were a welcome surprise.
There was no air-con and the vertical fan provided was ineffective, even at the coldest setting, so the room got quite hot. The weather was quite warm during our stay, but in hotter months this would definitely be a problem.
The bathroom had a bath with decent shower, toilet & bidet. A hairdryer, two bath gels, two shampoos and 3 small soaps were provided.
Breakfast was from 07.00-10.00. There was a good selection of hot British and continental items as well as cereals and pastries. There was a limited selection of fresh and dried fruit. The coffee and fruit juices from the machine were very good. There was one (slow/poor) toaster and a microwave. At the entrance to the dining room, there was a small open-air area with a few tables which proved popular.
Dinner was from 18.30-21.30. For us, the choices on the first evening were better than the second. Drinks were not included with the evening meal, but were quite reasonable to purchase (eg 75cl still water/1.95e).
There was a small rooftop pool (with helpful lifeguard) and various sunbathing areas. There was no shortage of (good quality) sunbeds and parasols. The hotel had a pool table, bookswap, small gym and comfortable lobby/lounging area.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Our only negative observation was that the lift did not go from ground-floor level so you had to carry your luggage up some stairs to get to it. This might be a problem if you have heavy cases or limited mobility, however it would not put us off from staying here again (providing it was not at the height of Summer).

Amazing location, nice staff. You have everything you need for a good price. I enjoyed the terrace with the swimming pool.

The hotel is very dirty. Rooms are small and dirty. No balcony, no fridge, no air conditioner. A lot of money for nothing.
