Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone i czyste, piękny widok na ocean, rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielem, super lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko plaży i Loro Park, parking przy samym wejściu, czasem trzeba chwilę zaczekać na miejsce
mieszkanie jest ciasne dla rodziny 2+2, stare budownictwo, niepodgrzewany basen w zimie

Die Lage ist nah am Strand, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkts. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, nicht der Friedhof ganz unter der Nase, sondern das Meer. Es war schön komisch auf dem Balkon zu essen, und unter war der Friedhof. Habe immer auf das Meer geschaut. Bett war bequem, die Wohnung war sauber und hat alles was man braucht.
Die Wohnung braucht mal Renovierungen. Boden sieht nicht so toll aus, die Bettlaken war kaputt.
