AluaSoul Orotava Valley - Adults Only

Nearly everything went perfectly. Excellent check-in staff. Room was wonderful, comfy, stylish and clean. Pool area was very good, view was good, there is a little free on-street parking along the road next to the hotel. Ok, its a steep hill down to the beach but its not so bad, and this is quite normal in Tenerife. Food was very good, complimentary local wine was excellent, staff in the buffet were very helpful and there's a chief waiting to cook certain meals for you. Snacks at the pool bar were good, tap beer was much better than expected, vodka was excellent quality.

Not much. I had a great stay. This place is great value!

Breakfast and overall quality of room is very good. Also pool is nice, there's some events for people with more free time. All stuff was nice and fast.

First of all wanted to say that wi-fi quality was abysmal, barely worked and I couldn't even put on a movie in a room without picture freezing each minute. Also would like to point out that the hotel should somehow highlight that the best sunbeds are up to booking (which is already stupid, because most of the time people book them and just leave). I think this is a huge problem, since hotel is big and there's not much place around the pool.

Very good hotel complex with big, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Very good, wide beds and choice of pillows. View from my window was straight onto the volcano Teide. Water pool with warm water and nice chill area at your disposal. Breakfast with amazing food and drink selection. Hotel is very well located in quite area, but in the walking distance to the Loro Park, city center and seaside promenade. Close also to the bus station, where perfectly organized public transportation takes you to other cities or region, where you can take amazing trips through the mountains or seaside. I had a great time here.

Room good, though lacking some features of a 4* hotel, such as tissues in the bathroom.

Food at buffet dinner was execrable. Poor starters, unacceptable freshly cooked mains and dull puddings.
