We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Emerald park & it’s a short drive to the park. The staff were very helpful and the standard of food was brilliant at breakfast & in both the bar & restaurant. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Fantastic walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Dinner was really good apart from the chips. They were way too salty. I don't understand why some chefs insist on smothering chips in salt. Let the customer help themselves to the salt if they want it. We asked for a little taste of the curry sauce before deciding on whether to order it. We were told we couldn't have it.

Nice hotel,lovely views, rooms nice & modern, air conditioning a plus, decent pool & spotless changing area. Very family oriented hotel so lots of entertainment for kids. Peaceful at night which was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower in our room didn’t drain properly and would fill with water.

The facilities, food and staff were wonderful. The only down points were our room was cold and the radiator and heating didn’t seem to work when we adjusted the thermostat. Also our details were leaked in a security breach and no apology was offered. I do believe they will have improved their security in response to this so it’s more just an annoyance for those effected than something that new customers need to be concerned about.

Negatives! - room wasn't clean, bench wasn't even wiped down Safe didn't work Broken fan in the room USB socket didn't work TV wasn't a smart tv Dirty moldy taps in bathroom No soap to wash hands Balcony very dirty and green!! Torn curtains 2 beds with no headboards Duvet blankets very yellow Room was very hot, even with heating turned off Breakfast wasn't included Hotel pool very dirty and moldy!! And no separate changing room lockers, it was just one big room. Shouldn't be like that this day and age. Also couldn't lock the lockers for belongings. Had to buy a lock to lock it which cost 10 euro. Will not be back to this hotel

Nice property and staff . However, there was no air conditioning -and it wasn’t indicated in the original booking- the staff said they haven’t had it in quite a few months so it was a condition that should’ve been disclosed. The hotel staff did bring up a spacer air conditioner and fans, for both rooms , but it really didn’t do the job. I might’ve booked elsewhere if I knew there wasn’t any air, we all perspired during the night. Again, the staff was really lovely and did the best they could.

It had been a roasting day and we found the room like an oven, as the curtains on the huge glass windows hadn’t been drawn. It was into the night before it cooled, having opened the small window.

Near Emerald Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside waa there was no water in the rooms and vending machine took my money. When I reported this to the hotel I was told I need to call the number on the vending machine because the hotel doesn't own the machines.
