Nice and cosy hotel

Location is in the centre, near the bus stop. At the same time, it's a quiet place. The personnel was very friendly and respectful.

On the whole it was good, but at the current standard it is only ok for me for 1 night at a time.

Location, able to park my car early before checking so I could go and see a client (sought permission first, very kind). Room was nice and comfortable, food was nice. Staff were very good.

WiFi was poor to no-existent (not good when you are working) and service was slow in the bar food area in the evening (under staffed?).

The bar and reception area nicely decorated. Reception staff nice.

Very intimidating throughout the whole hotel while the Boxing competition was going on. Fighting in the car park. Paper thin walls could hear the people on both sides of us. Made to feel very unwelcome in the bar. Drink was awful i think possibly it was gone off.

Very dated dark and no atmosphere the rooms was dated while not particularly clean mould around the bathroom and showers walls are so thin we could every every noise evening food was freezing breakfast was fine the hotel charged us £30 more than stated in the booking.com for the price of the hotel better rooms and more cleaning would be expected

Great location, room 210 was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was good. Bathroom was good. It was so much better than I expected.

The room was dirty dust in the shelves and the stains on the mattress was disgusting they need to be thrown away it’s a budget hotel but i wouldn’t recommend it and the staff at 7am in the smoking area below the hotels making loads of noise

Disappointing accomodation

Location was good. Nice welcome from guy on reception. Room and bathroom were at least clean!

Ensuite bathroom was very poor, old and poor condition. The loo seat was loose, basin was cracked, plug did not hold water. Shower cubicle was manky and rail which folding door fitted was dirty! No hand wash in the dispenser. Breakfast was poor - we were sat in the dark bar area even though the food was in a bright area next door. There was loud music on, and 3 TV screens on sports channels - at 9am on a Sunday morning!! The toast was barely cooked, just warm and stale. A few cereals on offer, but mainly it was cooked breakfast which we didn't want. All very disappointing.
