We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here....

First of all had to call key card was failty would not worked had to call out about 22.30 and when attended we were made to feel like a nuisance and still not working in the morning. Breakfast at 8.30 a.m foods has not been replenished, we constantly have to asked for things even a clean tea cup + cutlery. The person who seams to be in charge was very unfriendly. Lastly having stay in previous Premiere classes hotel this one was very disappointing.

Very basic as expected, however staff had stayed to check us in when we arrived very late and were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms basic but bed comfortable and clean bedding. All we wanted for an overnight stop.

Hadnt stayed in this hotel for a few years cos ot was so bad but hoped it had hot better. Unfortunately it hasn't in fact it was worse. Rooms very old and dated. Stratch marks on sink. Dead flies on walls. No soap in dispenser. Door to room dudnt close properly and bathroom door didnt close at all.

It is a very budget hotel and as such was perfectly acceptable. We have stayed in the Hotel de Paris in Monaco and the Danieli in Venice and they were better I have to say.

It was convenient for a night stay when tired. Arrived late 8pm and very slow process checking in on machine. Location not great for late food. But it was quiet and comfortable even though rooms looked a bit old.

The worst place we have ever stayed in. Room was dirty,cobwebs around and the floor was sticky underfoot. The only thing that was clean were the bedsheets. Shower floor brown and the sink was stained. Breakfast was not bad but we would never stay there again.Tables & chairs outside were too filthy to use. The place should be closed for a full clean.

I had a very comfortable night. There was very little noise from other residents and the equipment in the room was working. Excellent WiFi reception. I had an excellent meal as usual at the next door Hotel Campanile restaurant, which gives a 15% discount to guests from my hotel. This was my fifth stay at this hotel and it was certainly the best yet.

The light wasn't working, the door didn't shut even though it had been taped. Yes, taped ... Tiny but sufficient bathroom. Clean beds. Little noisy, but manageable. Automated check-in system is great. Decent value for money - if the lights work and the door didn't have a crack big enough for rain to come through.

Reception said we DID NOT HAVE A BOOKING - paid and booked via Expedia. They eventually found it on Expedia, and agreed Breakfast was included. Next morning a different staff member on reception said we had not booked or paid for breakfast! - Which we had. She eventually reluctantly agreed to provide us breakfast.

Room not clean, bed sheets frayed, lumpy pillows, decoration very shabby, strong smell of smoke. In short never again. The layout of the room must have been inspired by a prison cell!!!

Although the rooms are small for 3 people, the staff are welcoming and friendly. Use it as a stopover and it is great, but don't try to use it as a base to explore the area as I think it would be too cramped for an extended stay. The restaurant next door is great, very friendly and relaxed with excellent food, but not overly cheap! you need to book.

Compared with the Premier Class Inn at Bourges it 2was like the poor relative. There was no shelf space, the lighting was very dim and the long vertical tube light was dirty on the inside which showed when it was turned on. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and clean.I would not wish to stay there again until it has been re-decorated.

One of our rooms was smelly but the cleamer came straight away and rectified it. At breakfast next morning the milk ran out early which was a disaster for us Brits who like milk with our tea and cereal!! Two of our children ate nothing!! However, you cannot complain at the price and you do get what you pay for. This was our third year having an overnight stop in a Premiere Classe hotel and the first time we have had any sort of problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
