I would recommend. The property was beautiful, cozy and cabin like. There were free shuttles to your room and the room was clean and spacious with no bugs. It is a bit of a distance away from the main downtown so it could be challenging to get Ubers and dropoffs but otherwise I would recommend! Thanks for the free morning breakfast. In the plus side it is very close to the Mistico Park hanging bridges and the Jeep-Boat-Jeep Monteverde transports

Last iguana is truly a magical experience. It is remote and removed from the city and the sounds of the jungle come alive day and night. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and there are trails that you can explore and fill your days with. The pool area is calm and peaceful and the spa is lovely.
I had reviewed the reviews before choosing Laguana and there was a negative reviews showing bugs and saying that the cleanly was nurse was not up to par and we almost chose not to stay there because of that review. But I will tell you having traveled in Costa Rica and other jungle countries, the bugs here in Costa Rica are nothing to worry about and a part of nature and You will have bugs in any location that you stay. The last iguana does a lovely job of keeping the rooms clean and fresh linens and beautiful service every day and I highly recommend this resort.
The Carin detail that is gone into every element of your visit is meticulous and the grounds are absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend lost iguana.

Loved our stay at Lost Iguanas. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, and the views from the hotel are incredible. Location is fine but we were glad we had a car.
