Location

There was only hot water once the whole time we were there, after that it wouldn’t come on so we couldn’t shower. It was chilly weather and the storage heaters obviously hadn’t been charged for some time. The first 24 hours were cold but after that it warmed up really well. Rooms were all really comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped but there was no cupboard space for food, drinks, lunch boxes etc. or anything you bring with you. The fridge was full of water at the bottom.

Dirty towel on back of door, bathroom door hanging off the hinge, broken glass in kitchen window, needs draught excluder around doors and windows as you can see daylight through the gaps and got cold, no logs at all for fire

View was spectacular.

Hot water wasn’t working for 2N/3D. Had to use boiled water from kettle to bath! Messaged that the hot water wasn’t working on first night, no reply. So, called the next day. Only fixed the system the 3rd day. The worse was there was only one toilet roll for the 3 of us over 4N/5D stay. Didn’t provide more even after we messaged the request a few times. Had to buy more rolls ourselves. Would have been 9 or 10/10 if not for some toilet rolls which would have cost almost nothing. Very disappointed.

too hard to get parked, if you have a family car you’ll never get to a parking space outside property. nightmare trying to get hot water
