Inside, you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, as well as a luxury shower room, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a seating area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will have access to off-road parking and a private decked area, complete with a hot tub. All-in-all, 40 Skiptory Howe is a wonderful property for a family break. Please ensure dogs are not left alone at any time, and that they are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.

Hairdryer provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio area with seating and hot tub. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, play park and multi-use games area on site. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within a 15-minute walk. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception, passes are (all subject to change) £7.95 per adult and £5.95 per child 'off peak'. Peak prices are £9.95 per adult and £6.95 per child (July and August, all Bank Holidays and school half terms). Charging of electric cars is not permitted due to the holiday park infrastructure.
