Very comfortable and modern lodge. Hot tub was great.
Initially difficult to find but that was mainly due to the wrong directions being given to us by the guy on the barrier. Once found though it was really easy to get our way in and out. Parking at the lodge was a bit tricky with a bigger car but there was parking a very short walk away.

Lovely and spacious cabin. Nice and modern finish. Great location
Missing lights above the mirrors, old pan and pots, dirty oven. Not the best organised bathrooms- not place to leave your shower gel, shampoo under the shower, nowhere to put cosmetics. To have a hair dryer will be good idea. Non stop working hot tub to closer to bedroom window was disturbing our sleep 🤕 it was great to have but prefer good night sleep

Very comfortable, clean chalet in a relatively quiet part of the park. Plenty to do in the area, with Brockholes Visitor Centre next door, and just a short drive to Ambleside and Bowness / Windermere. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
The chalet was well-equipped, but had no cafetiere or coffee-maker (minor issue). The park was relatively quiet, but there was still a wait for tables in the restaurant. The facilities are not sufficient to cope with the number of holiday-makers - the pool is small with not enough lockers and the pub/restaurant was already struggling before the school holiday season.

The property was in a good location
The property wasn’t as clean as I expected especially being at the beginning of holidays and season. A lot of dust, heavy grease on cooker hoods, broken toilet seats, loose pictures, mould/damp in one of the bedrooms.
