The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The entertainment staff was engaging and we enjoyed everything we participated in. There are many kids and my daughters found it easy to make friends. This was our first trip to Mexico, but will not be are last. We look forward to returning to the Allegro.

The rooms were in excellent shape with a coffee maker and a minibar. Beds superconfortable. Quiet, Clean bathrooms.
Nice helpful staff. Except for a few hiccups with the reception girl upon arrival. Later everything went fabulous.
