The staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was over the top good from variety to quality. The breakfast staff was attentive and professional. All staff excelled with service, but the bar tender in the evening personalized the service and was genuinely interested in you.
I recommend this hotel for quality, value, attention to detail with a service level that is unparalleled.

I like it - it is consistent and the car can drive up to the front. Everyone is helpful and courteous and the rooms are clean

Our room was clean, comfortable and quite large by European standards. Furniture was perhaps a bit dated, but perfectly serviceable. The mattress was quite hard, but did the job. The breakfast served was very good and had a wide variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Prati is a nice area and there are many good places to eat around, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to most of the attractions (Vatican City, Colosseum, Forum, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
