Unable to get food at the hotel. Chef went home and all orders were cancelled.

Toilet chain broke overflowing water things happen but the bathroom even upon arrival looked dirty and there was a pubic hair in my bed sheet very dusty behind the curtains too otherwise very friendly staff and hallways were nice

The stay was excellent because of the staff. We were there during a giant snowstorm. The city was basically shut down. Big credit to Cody at the front desk (who I think was stuck there with us) and the others who took care of us when nothing was normal. While standing in the lobby and looking at the craziness outside, I saw a local man who got stranded in the city when the buses shut down. His phone battery had died, his wife didn't know where he was. Cody loaned him a phone charger and let him charge up so he could call his wife, call a car, whatever. The guy ended up renting a room, but no one expected that when they loaned him the charger. I was happy to see it. Great staff. One complaint though: Why would anyone choose The Epoch Times as the newspaper in the lobby? It's ridiculous and unseemly. Please get a real newspaper or just give up on papers altogether. Either one would be an improvement.

Large and spacious Staff was very friendly. Our tv had bad reception The maintenance person came quickly He could not repair because it was a weather problem on the antenna. The Bar/Restaurant (The Wheelhouse was great for dining after hours)

Was turned away at valet parking because our vehicle was ‘too big’, after waiting in line for half an hour. Once we went to check in, it was another significant wait to get to the check in desk. Even though we checked in online, it still took a long time to get our room key.

Cons: a lack of room service, the room phone had numerous redundant options including some that would redirect to wrong numbers, hotel room areas look very beige and dated. Pros: staff were very friendly and attentive, restaurant areas were managed very nicely.

Room wasn’t all that clean. Fitted bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress so always popped off, toiletries looked like they were left behind by previous guests. Not the freshest smelling towels.

Breakfast food was cold. Nothing worse than cold scrambled eggs and cold French toast. The hotel itself was filthy. Piles of garbage and dirty laundry piled in the hallways. I called the front desk about it and nothing was done. Elevators are filthy as well as elevator waiting areas. Hallway floor rarely get vacuumed

Bathroom was not as clean as I would expect it to be, there was brown long hair everywhere, which neither me nor my daughter have. For the price we paid for the room I was expecting better. There was no bath mat to put down on the floor so we had to use on of our hand towels, which is not ideal.

Location was key to this stay, hotel services were above and beyond. Valet was excellent and efficient. I really appreciated this hotel and the services provided. I would highly recommend a room with a view. It made my stay the most enjoyable.

Stay here every year for Steelers game in December. Perfect location for walk to the game with room having view of stadium and also being close walk to other areas of downtown and Market Square. Everytime I come the staff is pleasant, professional and friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron and safe. The rooms are starting to become a tad bit dated and wallpaper in the hallways need some TLC in spots but still a great place to stay and will definitely be back next year. The bar/lounge staff is great and always great to see Amanda and Mona still there!! They are the best!!

Room was very nice and clean but the room 2109 is set yp with the headboard against the wall that also houses the elevators for the hotel constant noise if the system running. The breakfast was another disappointment as only oranges unsluced and instant oatmeal was availableanother

The room was great. We paid extra to have a view which was awesome during game days. The staff was nice and helpful. The bar had a decent menu and food was good as well as a concession area that we used after hours to grab snacks. The only downfall was after the NFL game not being able to get to our room because not many elevators and a lot of floors to stop at which took a long time.

The room was great, staff were very friendly. Parking is a bit pricy if you get valet. The closet garage is a little bit of a walk so on a very cold day, the valet is worth it.

The rooms are dated, our toilet was broken (they did fix) the furniture was old and too large for the smaller rooms. No place to put a 2nd luggage. For this price point, one of the worst rooms.
