They didn't clean our room or change towels once during our 5-day stay.

This hotel is rather “tired”. Dirty stained carpet in the halls, torne edges, water running down the front wall. No hot water in the shower.

Overall nice stay, hotel itself needs couple of updates and refreshment on the room inventory. But generally nice stay.

Very! sober, boring room. Hang up some art, paint a wall in a happy color! It would make a world of difference!! The sheets on one of the beds had blood stains on them, not ours! We unfortunately did not see that until the next day as the stains were facing down. Quite disgusting! We asked for the room to be cleaned and sheets to be changed, which was taken care of. But honestly, it should not have been there and it should be noticed by the cleaning crew as they made the bed! Also, there was a half empty bottle of water in the fridge when we checked in... Should not be there. And teabags were not filled up when room was cleaned. Location of hotel was fine, staff was ok, but could be a bit friendlier.
