Everything worked very welll
Our first room had an odor but they ended up just changing our room for an upgrade for free; was very kind & thankful. Inconvenience that the spa was closed.

Love the hotel the only place we will stay safe and staff are amazing on the front desk
Beds are a little hard, unfortunately the spa is out of order but we was aware before booked

Rooms are starting to show their age and wear and could benefit from some general maintenance and sprucing up. Shower/Tub tends to get a lot of water on the floor so one needs to be careful to avoid slip and fall. Standard rooms are small and compact.
