I have traveled to both Asia and Europe, and I can honestly say that I had one of my best hotel experiences here, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. ALL the staff were so friendly, especially the reception team, including the Filipino gentleman at the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful, and the bartender as well. The room was very clean, and the best part was definitely the breakfast! This was my first time truly enjoying breakfast at a hotel in Europe. There were so many choices, and the food was unique and absolutely delicious. The next time I visit Berlin, I will definitely stay at Leonardo Ku'damm again!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist would do her best to accommodate your needs. The only complaints are there’s no aircon in the basic rooms. And the room with the windows facing the middle terrace has smokes constantly.

The breakfast was exceptionnal. But rooms could be refreshed. The mattress was quite thin and the bed small for a double bed.

The hotel is old. Facilities are old and not working well in the room. This can’t be a four star hotel. I got a room with a big balcony, but it’s really noisy because it’s facing the street. The location is awesome and staff is friendly.
