The location is great, the room was also specious and all the basic amenities were there. But I wasn’t aware that the room wouldn’t be cleaned everyday if I stayed less than a week. Also, towels aren’t changed everyday either but must be taken by yourself from the common space. The breakfast was good but a bit pricy for the selection offered.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The online staff were super friendly, and the amenities were excellent. I really appreciated being able to warm up my food during the winter—it made the stay extra comfortable. The location is fantastic, with a Christmas market just downstairs. Despite the crowds, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. I also liked that there are washing machines available at the hotel (with payment), which is very convenient for longer stays. You may park at the ContiPark at a reasonable price and with lots of parking slots available. The rooms were super clean, new, and very well maintained. Everything about the stay was great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to families and travellers who need some cooking facilities. I will definitely choose Numa hotels again when I travel around Europe.

Due to the failure to complete the automated online check in on the 24th the hotel has destined to promise me a refund. That's a good thing. The mattress was a little too soft for me. But overall it was comfortable. If I go back to Berlin, I'll probably choose this hotel again.

This hotel is listed as a 4-star property on Agoda, but in reality it is more like a 1–2 star hotel. The rooms are not cleaned at all during the stay, towels are not changed, and water/tea is not replenished. The check-in process is awful. No instructions were sent in advance; we only received any information after calling them while standing at the hotel entrance. The online check-in process itself is very long and inconvenient. During check-in, we were also forced to pay an additional tax under the threat that we would not receive the access codes for the room we had already paid for. This tax was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or in the booking confirmation. Agoda refused to take responsibility and said it was not their problem. The room itself is quite spacious and well equipped. However, the pillows and blankets are old and have an unpleasant smell. I was also given a dirty duvet cover, but the staff replaced it quickly with a clean one after I contacted them via WhatsApp.
