    Haven’t visited US for a quite long time and I would say all US hotels need a proper qualitative upgrade including staff, I think especially staff. Would not add more - just prefer Asian, European and Middle East Hotels.

    very good hotel, extremely clean. the staff are very sweet. there is a coffee machine in the room. it would have been great if they provided a kettle as well for hot water. overall the room was spacious, clean, bathroom was nice, bed was good and exactly shown as the picture.

    Cleanliness was generally good, yet the staff seemed arrogant and unhelpful. Just imagine - you are staying at the hotel, have checked in and on a 3rd day your keys doesn’t work, and the comment you haven’t paid resort fee - how come ghat I have checked in, paid all what was required and now can’t get because of someone missed a charge. Even it would happen why would someone block access to to the room and not resolve it while checking out? The hotel outdated as most of it type in US
