I appreciate a hotel with a restaurant on site, especially after a very long drive. Our meal was pretty good and service was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. Phone in room didn't work to call the front desk. Fresh towels never came when requested. Hot tub had been shut down. Charged $40 per night upgrade to have view of river. But they put us on the ground floor - with a view of the lawn!! Could not see the river at all!! I'd rather have a view of the parking lot!! Very disappointing in that regard.

Our room was upgraded to a river view as a car show was going on and we couldn’t get into our room from the parking lot. Very clean and comfortable. Only complaints would be wifi was very slow and no coffee maker in room but the coffee in lobby was really good Front staff was very friendly.

Husband and I stayed for 3 nights, in town for a wedding. We loved the king bed, happy that there was 2 chairs, a side chair and desk chair for sitting to have coffee instead of having only the bed to sit on. A negative is that the AC unit blows air directly to the bed and the vents cannot be moved. The carpet had some stains and some paint in the bathroom is peeling. Some upgrades are needed but this did not detract from our comfort. The bathroom needs a fan! Huge area for pets and lots of room for the dog to run.

The customer service was excellent and the room very comfortable. We had a view of the river and there was a private Marina just a short walk away. We will. Definitely stay here again when we are in the area

next to river was nice. View from room was terrible. Bed was ruined. wall repairs were all unfinished or very poor quality. Spiders and bugs were killed while in the room. Could see patio thru gap under patio door, hense bugs??! Hotel wifi never worked from room. No premium tv due to NO wifi. the clerk referred to our room as the basement, due to the use of trip advisory for this room, did we get less quality and less view??!!

The outside seems clean and well-kept enough, but a huge parking lot only 1/3rd full should have been my first warning. The main lobby area does have a nice view and it's certainly inviting but after that there aren't many positives. Our room had paint peeling off the walls, bathroom fixtures had clearly fallen or been ripped off without being replaced, large bathroom tiles had fallen off the wall and were just laying on the ground. Both the entry door and bathroom door were moisture damaged and your hand would come away with material if you touched it. Right around 6pm every evening the wifi and tv would go on the fritz, making them both unusable. Lastly, for whatever reason, the toilet would have trouble flushing after 8-9pm every night we stayed. They do have an onsite restaurant we used for breakfast. The food wasn't half bad, but it was spendy for how little you got. After the first morning we just went around the corner to the Denny's since it was cheaper and far more filling.

You can tell the hotel itself is in transition with updates not yet to the rooms. But that being said the staff and location were a 10, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The absolute star was the access to the marina. A bar, ice cream, food truck, beach area and dock to lounge on. It was my family’s dream. Cocktails and dinner while my son fished off the dock. We will return

Pillows were awful, needs to be cleaned, needs updating, weather stripping was falling off the door. Toilet ran 24/7. Pool was extremely dirty, hot tub doesn’t work. Used to be our favourite place to stay. Will be looking at better options next year

The property has a lot of potential it just needs a remodel. We had a fridge and microwave but no coffee in the room. They don’t offer breakfast unless you pay for it in the restaurant. Overall not worth what I paid.

The area around the hotel is absolutely beautiful with the river right behind the hotel and a nice walk way down to the beach and boat dock. The room was pretty dated with quite a bit of wear and tear on the walls, light switches, and bathroom sink. Aside from that, it was a decent place to stay.

I checked in on a Thursday and out on a Sunday. Not once did housekeeping clean my room or bring fresh towels. $700 to not even get clean towels is insane to me. No coffee in the room, no breakfast, no towels and the television has about 5 channels. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 that has been more accommodating.

Very nice room, clean and quiet. I was in the very back of the complex.. in the very last room. Loved that I could park right in front of door. Set back, check in was pretty slow.. only one employee at the desk and I was in line for 30-40 minutes. My stay was 3 nights and my room was not cleaned or offered fresh towels the entire stay. And lastly, the hot tub is under construction, but the pool was amazing

Great location and a nice family resort. The campus is huge and is quite a hike from one area to another. Tome of parking and very helpful friendly staff. The downside is that half the rooms look out on the parking lot and the prices are now 4 star, although the facilities are a bit shy of that.

I booked this room on short notice and when I arrived, my room was ready, even though I was a bit early.... Stephanie at the desk was extremely courteous and helpful. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location along Spokane River is unbeatable, beautiful! The rooms need quality updating: carpets need consistent professional cleaning especially given it's a dog friendly hotel. Bathrooms are a tight squeeze (we stayed in 215). Floors, tile/grout, base boards, paint, need to be updated properly - not just touch ups. Would have been nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air, there were no screens. Very musty smell. This property has potential to be a higher end or top quality spot.
