I paid for my reservation and reschedule through booking.com. The hotel told me that they didn’t get payment through Klarna so I had to pay again. They charged me $100 deposit and my bank declined the deposit fee. The manager then told me to leave because I didn’t have money for the deposit. I’m out 170.00 and had to go to a different hotel.

It was close to my house

Drain wouldn’t drain in the shower, nail clipping dirt and hairballs left in shower, urine stained bedding, unclean counters and cabinets, staff took over 45 min to bring new bedding

The fact the staff was rude, not dressed appropriately for his position. Dressed in a hoodie, sweats and flip flops. There was also short staff. The room wasn't cleaned right the bathtub/shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of weeks. Black stains on tub mat and stains on tub. Really gross. We avoided taking a shower. On top of that it sounded like someone was checking doors. The lock on our door was broke. We didn't feel safe at all.

The breakfast was great, but some things were not warm. They didn't start setting up in time.

The staff wasn't very friendly. While eating breakfast, the front desk person turned on the TV very loud and no one asked for it to be on. Then he started to vacuum the lobby area while people were eating. Very inconsiderate.

This hotel is poorly run. The workers barely spoke English. I discovered they were there on a program called work to travel, and we’re supposed to be experiencing our country by working so they could afford travel, but were paid so poorly that most of them just worked. The booking system printed off a list for them to clean rooms to get ready for the next guest, but when they went up to the rooms they were still occupied, and they entered a room were someone was sleeping. The guest was so upset he thought someone was trying to break into his room! The poor kid at the front desk could barely explain to him what had happened, because his English was so broken. I had been standing at the desk trying to check in when this all happened (waiting for nearly 20 minutes) so I helped him explain. When I rang the front desk bell, it didn’t ring to the worker’s phone. I also tried calling the cell number written on the front desk, but that, too, rang and rang. The poor kid was mortified when he discovered that nothing was working right, and even more upset that he accidentally walked into a guest’s room. The entire hotel was hot and smelly, there were stains all over the chair in our room. When people walked out of the rooms into the hall, it was very loud, so we could hear everything. The breakfast food was cold, there was no milk offered and people were looking for help, but by that time, the shifts had switched over, so no one could find anyone at the front desk to help them. The sign on the wall behind the front desk said that Patty was the manager on duty. The sign never changed from the evening when I checked in, to the morning when I checked out. There was never a woman working named Patty. From what I could see it was all men, from Romania, and possibly Syria or the Middle East.

It was in a good location close to freeway access

The employees didn't speak good English and didn't understand what I was saying. There was a bath tub but no plug whatsoever to be able to draw a bath when I asked for one he said once second then brought a snake for clogged drains up. The rooms also had a bad offer upon arrival

Beds are super hard exposed wires hanging from ceiling breakfast was cold and disgusting coffee was very bad security doors left opened and unlocked i will not be staying there ever again
