Very good place to stay for the price

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean and we slept comfortably.

When you walked down the hall you could hear peoples conversations in their room. We couldn’t hear anything from our room just from the hallways

The king size bed was horrible in room 109. The mattress creaked and for some reason it was raised up in the middle causing my husband and I to constantly toss and turn on the right and left sides as we tried so find an area where we didn't feel like we were going to roll off of the bed onto the floor. I was having hip surgery the next day and the lack of sleep from the bed added even more stress to the stress I was already experiencing. ☹️ Our son stayed in room 111 and the king bed in that room was extremely comfortable to him. I suggest replacing the king bed in room 109.

I didn’t like checking in and hearing the political opinion of the front desk clerk, whom I believe was the Manager. When we asked about the hot tub that is advertised as clean and new with their latest restoration the reply was, “Sorry, we don’t have a hot tub because of Trump’s tariffs.” I don’t know if that’s true or not, but I doubt it. Why would you order your hot tub from China when you can buy one right here in the USA? But, it doesn’t matter, she could have just said that they were still working on it. Her attitude needed a serious adjustment.

Nice, clean, and comfy motel, with no elevater

The mattress was great as well as the pillows, shower, towels and AC.

86 yr. old veteran and wife asked for a ground floor. Motel was ot able to accommodate us. We drug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and a very long hallway to our room. Front desk clerk offered to help, but was extremely busy with check-ins. We travel often. Never stayed at a Seep Inn with no elevator. Ok motel breakfast, but out of orange juice at 8:30.

The rooms have recently been redone and everything was in great shape. Staff was very polite and helpful. Pool was great after a long day on the road. Would definitely get a room here again.

The room was extremely small for the price, had to walk by the pool to get to the room. Very strong chlorine smells. Housekeeping blocking the hall with laundry, bed had hair in it, shower floor was dirty and the microwave had dried food on the plate. I don't think the room was even cleaned. Staff was not friendly at all, stared at us like we dropped out of the sky. No closet. Never renting from this place again. Disgusting. Should be refunded!

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at this location before and love the atmosphere and how comfortable the rooms are. The hotel is always clean and inviting. The parking lot is well kept and feels safe to park at night. The breakfast in the mornings are very good and have lots of choices.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold. No tv guid in the room, made it difficult to find something to watch.

Love this hotel. It is our.go to when in the area. Food was not the greatest this time, and not nuts about the new wifi policy, but always clean, beds are great and people are so nice. The pool is a plus.

i like everything, my family stayed for less than a week and i can say i have good experience,breakfast is decent, but staying for more days with the same breakfast everyday like if i suggest just to change the scrambled egg and sausage with different choices every two days.but other than that its a perfect vacation.

Didn’t get much sleep at Sleep Inn!

Noisy! Our room was the first room down the hallway. Other guests were permitted to talk loudly and drink in the breakfast area until midnight, and then we heard all the breakfast folks at 6am.

Met the need.

The bathroom remodel was fabulous! Beds were comfortable.

The TV remote has no back, the batteries were taped in and it didn't turn on the TV. The outlets next to the bed didn't have power and wouldn't work, so we unplugged the lights and plugged in the table to be able to use those outlets. There were a few bugs, spider and beetle. Overall not bad!

This was a great location based on my need to return to GEG related to my son’s wedding nearby!

Location was perfect as was my room size and decor.

I had requested a room with a view. While it would have been a view, my window opened onto someone’s parked trailer related, possibly, to the ongoing parking lot painting… My room smelled like someone had spilled pizza or vinegar type sandwiches in it. Or maybe it came from the next room… But it was there both nights.

There wasn't a double bed room available on the first floor (as we reserved for my elderly mother and her dog), so they gave us two single rooms next to each other FOR THE SAME PRICE! Very clean & comfy, a gym, pool/spa, and breakfast. What more could we want! Great location next to the I-90 too.

We'll be staying here again!!

This is our fourth time staying here and got the pleasure of getting one of their remodeled rooms. Especially liked the updated bathrooms, with new shower and larger counter area at the sink. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed when they called me to let me know I had left an item in the room. Luckily, we were nearby still so was able to turn around and retrieve the item. I know we will be staying here again and again since our kiddos moved to Post Falls.

A needed getaway

Location, pool and hot tub was working, the hotel is doing up grades with all the rooms.we used the hot tub while we were there. The hotel staff did accommodate us ,I appreciate them for that

Staff was very friendly it had a good eating area they had breakfast available and an indoor pool and hot tub

They were doing renovations and down the hallway was quite dirty and the bedrooms were not modern or updated some of the lamps did not work there was a light bulb out in the bathroom and you can hear the people in the rooms upstairs and around you and the parking was very limited

Very nice place w/a great location.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed here. It's been a few years and the price is higher than it was the last time. But what isn't? It's a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

The only thing I would change is that a previous person had smoked in the bathroom. ( It was a non smoking room) We could faintly smell it when we turned on the bathroom fan. Not the hotels fault and not unbearable. Just sad that people can't follow directions.

We looked forward to our bed each night. The location is perfect. Well priced as well.

Breakfast displayed a good variety of foods. The fruit was fresh. The area was easy to navigate.

The cold cereal was rather stale. The seating area is small. More visitors on the weekend required us to eat later. Hours for breakfast are long so that helped. The rooms tv Remote buttons did not work well. Not all listed tv channels worked. The carpets need a deep cleaning.
