Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls

Did not participate. Not like other Red Lions that I have stayed at in the past. Stayed at Red Lion at Goodyear AZ. They have a good breakfast compared to this one.

The room smells like it got painted the day before. The floors needs vacuuming badly in and out the room. Most of all the swimming pool has green algae looking water and the water level about a foot low from normal level.

Clean sheets and towels, good location, attentive staff.

Terrible breakfast, filthy carpet throughout the hotel. Room keys don't work.

Convenient drive to Kootenai Medical Center

Door was open when I went to check into my room.

Nothing really.

Dirty. Right off freeway. Bed uncomfortable. Continental breakfast had about 6 muffins and some multi colored cereal. Expensive for what we got.

The fact that I could leave the next morning.

I booked 3 rooms with 6 queen beds 6 months in advance. We got to the hotel, they only had 2 of my rooms available on complete opposite ends of different hallways, room 123, and room 151. My 3rd room was not available and we got room 217, 1 king bed instead of 2 queen and and 2 kids had to sleep on the floor. Room 151 was the okay it was basic it was way better than room 123. Room 123 smelled of pure URINE the beds were yellow under the sheets, but the smell was coming from the carpet like maybe a dog was in there for a month without being let out and thats not an exageration, The window was wide open with the screen popped off when we entered the room, window also wouldn't lock so we were terrified someone was going to come in all night. Although the king bed was nice it was all the way upstairs away from the other rooms, it didn't fit the 4 people that the room was supposed to house, and the window wouldn't lock, and there was no screen, very scary with small children. Also my husband went down for breakfast and when he got back had to wake me up because the room key just decided it wasn't gonna work anymore. They claimed it was because it was a busy weekend. I understand that but when I paid for a 1 night stay at a hotel February 25, and the stay isn't until August 9th. You would think that they would have saved me my rooms before renting them to walk in customers..Very disappointed 0 stars I will never stay there again.

Breakfast was below average. Location was excellent.

Breakfast. Bathroom cleaner and pool cleaner.

There was no fridge or coffee maker. Broken chair. Toilet didn't flush well or and the remote to the TV didn't work.

Was the cheapest motel we could find! Had a nice big yard to sit in, if you have your own chairs.

Bathroom was not really clean, had wads of hair on floor. It’s an older motel that obviously used to allow smoking, as rooms and hallways have that old motel smell.

Older property. Window lock was broken, some of the folks staying there were…..well, on drugs. Needs to be updated.

The room was very spacious!and decent breakfast..

Everyday I had to endure loud running plumbing pipes through the walls! When the person above me took a shower I would hear it also ! Everyday from 2 pm till 9 pm! It sounded like construction outside my window going on!!! I had to have the TV volume past 35 to be able to hear it ,! Mind u after that when it was quiet I could hear the TV fine at 15.! I went to front desk 2 times to complain nobody there! I called front desk several times no answer! I finally gave up on 5 th day only had to deal with it one more day ....Room kinda on the 70 ish side..Refrigerator froze food on 2 out of 6! Where it showed the norm was 3 ! Milk and water froze up!

Very dated hotel. Carpet is old and dirty. Rooms look like 70s originals

The location is easily accessible from the interstate. Some of the staff is friendly.

Everything is dated and poorly maintained. Housekeeping is only provided if you ask for it. Floors are not cleaned thoroughly. Very minimal towels and breakfast. The window was bent and didn’t fully close.

Rundown, tiny bathroom, only one roll of TP in room, squeaky bed and could hear bed upstairs as well

Breakfast: Good coffee, orange juice, donuts and strawberry & peach yogurt. Excellent location across the street is Stateline Subs and Pizza and Zips. Next door Exxon gas station. Lots of parking spaces.

Could get eggs and sausages for breakfast.

Staff spent more time in the lobby on their phones, then behind the desk. Not rude, but not very friendly.

The people that run the motel are excellent. Very nice place is clean and exceptional customer service.

Very nice big back grassy area for your dog to run and they even have the poop bags set up already. Parking lot is large enough

It's right off the freeway easy to find. New beds brand new big screen smart TVs. You do need to have subscriptions to some of the apps however they do have free TV programs.

In the lobby, all the aromatics were hard for my allergies.

Property was not clean. Shower curtain was literally torn in multiple places hanging be thread. When you pulled the shower curtain that is all you could see. Vanity sink wouldn’t drain. No receipt at check in, due to printer errors. At checkin there was pride about the breakfast included with room. 30 Minutes past when breakfast was supposed to be served the area was still dark and another guest warned me not to get any coffee, that it was from last night. We didn’t care much about having breakfast but we always look for fresh coffee in the mornings. Wouldn’t make this a recommendation to anyone for lodging options.

Clean, comfy, and seemed safe. Good value for this area.

At times, I could hear noise from other rooms. I could also smell food from other rooms. I wish the shower would get hotter.

Convenient. Right off I-90. Gas station, restaurant, mini mall within walking distance. I always enjoy Red Lion. Was in Spokane area for State AAU basketball tournament and it was super convenient. Love the area. Room was as expected. Parking was not an issue. Price was great.

The few things that were a negative for me were the front desk guy. I pushed the service bell twice. Stood at the front desk almost five minutes. Upon walking out of the back room after his conversation was finished. There was literally no personality. Never said Hi, never said enjoy your stay, here is the WiFi, continental breakfast is served this time, dont mind the dog barking in the next room...Yada Yada Yada. All he said was, your room is downstairs down the hall. I will always remember his baseball hat. Not professiona. In my opinion. Maybe it was the weather that day.

Staff was friendly ! Easy check in ! Very clean ! I am female and concerned traveling alone !! they accommodated me as far as room and safety !! I would visit again !!
