The back bedroom bed was so hard no beside lights tv and lack of anywhere to do hair and makeup… the same in the front bedroom but the bed was great could do with a cover over the hot tub for when it’s raining

Perfect location for a stay in the lakes..right in the centre of Windemere is just ideal!
Only thing was the noise at night from lorrie’s going past, however it is to be expected when you’re so central to the village.

Spot on - we will be back!
It is spot on! The location is incredible, it comes with 2 parking permits, the apartment is lush and has everything you need. The hosts are super attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. We will be back!
Because it’s in the centre of town, it is noisy, this didn’t bother us as a group of friends but imagine it might others when you hear the Tesco lorry unloading first thing - but the location is worth it. If I was being critical I’d say the only thing that needs an upgrade are the sofas, they’re a little hard but I bet it’s been a busy summer!

Birthday Stay
Fabulous location. Very spacious. Hot tub on the roof was brilliant, and we had the best weather for our weekend.
Parking was really difficult. You do get 2 permits, but there's no guarantee of a parking space in the car parks nearby, so that's just something to be mindful of during busy times. We did struggle to park on the day we arrived.
