A place like home, very child-friendly.

The hotel is extremely well located, a few steps away from the spa and the casino. Our room was comfortable and we particularly liked the fact that we could have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, with a yummy child-friendly buffet. What made our stay special is the team’s kindness. I was tragédie alone with my two kids and they made us feel home.

Auto-check machine not working - Standing in the cold for 30 minutes

Breakfast was small - Few bread and some slices of ham and cheese.

The machine to do the auto-checking was not working, I was standing there out on the cold for 30 minutes until I was able to call the emergency number.

Good hotel for an overnight stop.... if only the bed had been comfortable.

As such a good location for an overnight stop on the way, some 10 minutes drive from the autoroute. Very reasonably priced. A bakery with fresh bread and croissants next door, open early morning.

We stayed at a family room. While the single beds were good, the double bed was really uncomfortable. Way too soft, you keep rolling to the middle. I don't complain easily, but this was really costing sleep.

The good: - Staff is very nice, really try to make your stay very pleasant - Delicious breakfast - Contrexeville is a very nice quit place - Free parking

The Bad: - Hotel looks very dated - There is no elevator - There is no staf in the afternoon before 17:00. We where lucky that by accident somebody was there (after a lot of calls and pressing the bell) but normally you can only check-in after 17.00, even that at booking.com they stated 15.00. The ugly: - Almost the whole hotel smells like mold. - We received the wrong room at first. We found that it was already rented out and they gave us an other room afterwards.

Automatic check in didn’t work. Tried for 30’. Check was possible till 24h but nobody was there and the could get it without the key. At 1am finally somebody came to open because I called the emergency number.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, rooms are just what you need, nothing more, nothing less.

We arrived in the night, so we couldn't ask for the wifi password anymore, so we didn't have wifi. Not a problem though, and not their fault.

Très correct pour un court séjour, propre et standardiste aimable et à l'écoute

Petit déjeuner plus que correct. Choix salés /sucrés variés. Très propre. En amélioration, peut être une suggestion salée chaude: oeufs brouillés ou omelette avec bacon.

La douche pas très pratique avec mécanisme laissant à désirer. Télécommande de la TV ne marchait pas ( peut être faut-il vérifier l'état des piles?..) Une seule prise de courant dans la chambre(en dehors de celle de la TV)...difficile de recharger 2 téléphones ou autre. Une seule table de chevet sur un côté du lit...Une de chaque côté ce serait l'idéal!! Chambre spacieuse mais ne vaudrait il pas favoriser un lit plus grand au détriment d'un petit canapé ne servant pas à grand chose?...Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'ascenseur

Hôtel près du centre thermal. Récupéré les clefs au heures d ouverture vers 17 h. Une personne nous a indiquée le fonctionnement d hôtel. Donne les consignes. Très bien .

Parking à proximité, la facilité pour obtenir la carte magnétique vu que je suis arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception, le petit déjeuner, et la gentillesse de l'employée. Belle demeure de caractère restaurée.

L acceuil et le petit déj bien mais hôtel un peu vieillot

Le petit déjeuner était bien , dommage qu il n y avait pas de fromage blanc.

Nous avons moins apprécié les portes qui claquent en pleine nuit,chambre pas insonorisée. Le rideau pas assez couvrant la fenêtre au petit matin, il faisait jour trop tôt dans la chambre et manquait une serviette dans la salle de bain, plus petite pour s essuyer les mains.
