Lovely stay, nice quiet restful sleep!

The large room with trees all around, the beds are comfortable and great staff!

The floors show some age, no soap in the bathroom had to get soap out the shower to wash hand.

Great stay

We arrived late at night, but the staff was very friendly and he did his very best to help us. The in-room breakfast service was great! The room was also spacious and nice. Generally we had a great stay.

Mercure Hotel Vittel

The room is enough large and tidy. Room service at the top, diner and breakfast very good.

Furniture in the room are very basic as like as two stars hotel, the spotlights on the roof are broken, the room is almost dark and there is no desktop lamp on the desk. I asked for a desk lamp to the receptionist but he replied that the hotel is not provided at all,unusual. No way to switch-on the radiator in the toilet room. In a 4 stars hotel any room must be provided by a safe box, but i couldn't find it if there is.

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Enjoyed getting the breakfast served in the room given the circumstances (Covid). Rooms very nice and big, comfortable.

Breakfast served in the room was a bit limited (no eggs or bacon for example)... Also the gluten free options (only gluten free Madeleines were proposed, no bread :-(. ) WiFi wasn’t very fast.

Heerlijk bed.

In de badkamer was de douchestang kapot. De eetzaal was heel erg klein - we moesten wachten tot er plaats was. Het hotel heeft geen restaurant - het is een garni hotel .onbegrijpelijk dat het hotel 4 sterren heeft.

Accueil chaleureux Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée pour les PMR , lit confortable , le petit déjeuner est copieux on ne manque de rien il y a vraiment de tout , sucré ou salé merci à Nathalie et Médhi .Ce n'est pas la première fois que l'on vient dans cet hôtel nous y reviendront avec plaisir et nous le recommandons

je ne dirais pas que je n'ai pas apprécié mais c'est dommage que la télé ne soit pas en face du lit mais ce n'est pas grave et aussi un petit oubli des serviettes de toilette cela a été remédié de suite et merci

Kein Safe in Zimmer ( Für ein 4 Sternen Hotel ) ungewöhnlich. Die Dusche war schön gross aber leider sehr rutschig. Musste Wasser in die Reception holen.

Personnel très accueillant, la chambre très confortable, la clim très appréciée en cette période de forte chaleur, le petit déjeuner très copieux , tout est parfait et nous reviendrons . Dorénavant nous privilegerons les réservations dans les hôtels Mercure

Check in facile.

Hotel très basique. Couchage pas confortable. Personnel de salle du petit dejeuner pas agréable. Petit dejeuner très basique.

Zeer ruime kamet

Ruime kamer, groot bed, ruime badkamer.

Douchekop zakte met de straal naar de muur bij de kraan weg. Alleen in de stand van de kop helemaal omhoog tegen de muur bleef hij staan. Groet, Eppo, dat de receptie op de 1e etage is, dus eerst met de lift naar boven!

Het bed was heerlijk

De entree was erg vreemd. De receptie van het hotel zit op de eerste verdieping. Je moet beneden op een deurbel drukken en volgens het bordje bij de bel laat de receptionist je dan binnen. Moet er wel op de bel gereageerd worden 😏. Wij hebben 5 keer gebeld samen met een ander echtpaar dat ook net arriveerde. Pas na 5 minuten! werd er gereageerd en werden we binnen gelaten. Het hotel doet erg gedateerd aan. Had voor deze prijs meer luxe en een warmere ontvangst verwacht.

Prima hotel midden in Vittel

Mooie ruime kamer met grote inloopdouche en apart toilet. Heerlijk bed. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ligging midden in vittel met op loopafstand alle winkels en restaurants. Parkeren op eigen terrein aan achterkant achter hek. Vittel is wel beetje door de tijd ingehaald

Dat je 11 euro moest betalen voor parkeren. Er is rondom volop gratis parkeren namelijk.

Belles surfaces dans la chambre (303) et dans la salle de bain. Super petit déjeuner. Isolation phonique parfaite. Parking derrière l'hôtel, même si payant.

Prestations du niveau d'un 3*, peut-être 3* 1/2 mais pas 4 ! Toute petite réception et à l'étage. Un seul chariot à bagage pour tout l'établissement. On se pèle de froid dans l'entrée de la chambre, dans les toilettes (super la nuit !) et elles sont aveugles (super la nuit encore une fois !). On se pèle de froid dans la salle de bain. Filet d'eau au robinet du lavabo (dans une ville d'eau, il faut le faire !). Cuvette de douche glissante. Douche mal conçue: on met de l'eau partout. Rangement à minima dans l'entrée. Clim ingérable dans la chambre. Salle du petit déjeuner riquiqui. Pas possible d'avoir un œuf à la coque. Pas de piscine.

Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec un personnel attentif et très professionnel. La chambre est propre et salle d'eau très fonctionnelle. Parking sécurisé à l'arrière de l'hotel.

Peut être l'insonorisation un peu faible avec la circulation dans le couloir de l'étage.
