Excellent

A very nice check in system. It is possible to do everything automatically on your own. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the lady from the reception. She has got up to help us with check in machine, even though it was already about 2 o'clock in the night. Everything was clean and very neat

Although automatic check in machine is a very nice concept on its own, unfortunately it lagged a lot. My friends, who have booked a room separately in the same time couldn't use it properly second time after me. It's not a problem at all though, if you check in at the time when reception is still working (it's still alright, if you check in late at night though, you can call the administration and they'll send somebody to help you). Also, you have to mind to remember the number of your room, which is displayed on the screen of the check in machine in the short space of time between paying the city tax, and receiving the key-card. There is no number of the room which is assigned to you on this key-card

Location for our journey

The lack of facilities on the night we visited. Nothing available not even a drink. No facilities locally either. Also had to book in on a machine which couldn't tell we had prepaid so had to pay again to get key. A lot of flies on breakfast equipment. Ants in Juice nozzles. Needs more care and attention to detail

the few staff who were on site were very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. If you are up for a short walk into town, a pizzeria in the square was excellent; useful for weekends when the restaurant is closed

the hotel is a block located on a dust bowl of a car park on the edge of town. First appearances suggest that it is still under construction. There was no reception staff to greet us, and the machine to check us in failed after the first use (we were a group with multiple room bookings). Fortunately a member of staff appeared (seemingly by accident) who was very helpful, getting a key to the machine and checking each and everyone of us through the 'automated' check-in. The rooms were totally fit-for-purpose but the atmosphere was very sterile.

Close to the highway. Good dinner buffet.

Very basic room for the price. No minibar or coffee/thee facilities. Internet was open, not secured. Rooms need a renovation.

Very practical place to overnight on a drive to the north from the south. excellent staff, friendly and ready to assist. Each nigh a excellent, and I repeat, excellent three cause meal is served with wine for less that euros 20! French cousine when it is real good! Not to miss if you stay there.

outside the property is tired and need some renovations and car park need resurfacing. Owners need to have more staff at front desk as the staff they we’re working there on the evening we arrived were under pressure

Fair but marred by the initial direction problem and then lack of water.

Standard economy hotel, conveniently near the highway. The bed was good, and they serve a good breakfast (for which we paid extra). Friendly receptionist, who seemed to be the only staff member on duty

The Google address given for the hotel in our confirmation doc (from the hotel) was incorrect and took us to the middle of local mainstreet. Not fun looking around in the dark in a strange town; fortunately we had spotted what we thought was the hotel from the highway. There was no drinking water available in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, and we could find nowhere in the town, or next town, to buy it.

This was an ideal location close near the highway for a ride to the Alps with a sleep over.

Found it a bit expensive for the quality and cleaniness of the rooms for 60eu for 1 night.

Hotel was already 7 days closed and booking.com did not warn us of this. We came at a closed hotel, and booking.com did not help us to find an other accomodation.

Quite a spacious room. Location superb as it was closeby the highway so ideal to use while travelling. Parking is perfect too and just besides the hotel. The restaurant and bar are nice decorated.

The hygiene in the bathroom was not good: a lot of fungus on the walls. The door in toilet has not been cleaned long time; there were toothpaste spots from earlier clients on the door. Normally the breakfast is a continental one as I have seen on the pictures. Now, due to corona, they minimalised it to baguette, croissant, coffee/ tea and jam/ nutella etc and orange juice. Still they charge the same price (8 euro) which is way too high. If I would have known beforehand, I would not booked the breakfast. When I confronted the lady at the reception with this matter, she said this is a normal breakfast. I replied her that I have seen pictures of the breakfast at booking.com and that that is def not true what she said. She probably thought that I would not have known that the breakfast is normally far more extensive and she probably thought that I would be a 'one time client' and would never come back and she was able to communicate with me in this way. I insisted on a discount on the breakfast, which she did in the end but it is not so professional to be not complelety honest. I can imagine that corona-times are hard, especially for the hotels but personally I think that honesty will pay you back in the long run. The guy behind the bar is by the way a very nice and friendly employee.

Recommended for overnight stay!

Excellent location for overnight stay! Close to the highway but without its noise, and ample parking space. Very welcoming staff. Good bar facility, including big screen television, newspapers and magazines. Overall very open atmosphere, no fancy complexities. Easygoing restaurant.

We arrived during a heatwave, so airco would have been much appreciated.
