The property was in very good keep, but as we are a Mother & daughter in a very isolated place, I googled it and it did look different in the pictures, but that maybe because it was summer, and came in November, we did leave after one night as we felt very vulnerable

The hot tub was between caravans, I'd be a bit too embarrassed to use it with my partner. I was staying with my daughter so that wasn't a problem this time.

Relaxing switched off stay with everything we needed
Spacious property with fully equipped kitchen. Heater warmed up the property quickly and was in a quiet location. Property ideal location from Scarborough to ride our bikes into with lots of different routes to take.
Hot tub did not seem to be working

Sadly disappointed
The heating was really good and heated the chalet up quickly.
Mattress on double bed and the sofa bed were thin and uncomfortable, causing horrific pain in my hips! The shower was hit and miss between hot, cold and what kind of pressure you got. The hot tub was hid down the side of the chalet with no views, the hottub was not hot, and the jets were poor! Was a real disapppintment I have to say! Cooker has one shelf so had to cook things one at a time! The bar on site was full of rowdy and lairy folk which made it impossible to sit in there. Site is not what you expect, you expect a respectable site for chalets and it is on a camping site!

Accommodation was fantastic and the park it is located is very friendly.
Only issue we had was that the jets on the hot tub didn’t seem to be working. I’m sure that could have been easily rectified though. Maybe instructions need to be in the lodge. Apart from that everything was great.
