Nice and clean

Nothing all was good

House was spacious, very clean & had everything you needed.

Downstairs bathroom but I suppose there's nothing that could be done about that.

Garden, fire place, beds were comfy

Rough area, no coffee or milk or starter pack

The location for the property was great, we went to a gig at the Open Air Theatre and it was about a 10 min walk down the hill. Parking was a great addition

Advertises as dog friendly but then gives exclusions once you have booked, Hosts arnt the most accommodating asked for a slightly later check out (10.30/11) due to having something booked in the area and didn’t want to hang around for hours on a Sunday morning. Was told no as they had back to back bookings and cleaners were needed to go in, yet when looking online the property was still available to book for the following day so wasn’t booked at all. Found the overall presentation of the house very sloppy and not very well presented. Certainly needs some TLC A lot of the rooms looked like they had a very quick paint job which was badly done and looked quite messy. Smashed window in the conservatory which was very dangerous as had very sharp exposed glass also a very unpleasant smell when entering the house due to the heat in there. Smelt like melting plastic Also the kettle in the kitchen leaked quite badly when filled
