Posizione scomoda nel sotterraneo e senza ascensore per poter raggiungere la locazione. Pulizia non troppo accurata. Parcheggio molto lontano dalla struttura.

La dimensione dell'appartamento
L'appartamento al mio arrivo puzzava di muffa e fumo. Gli asciugamani avevano un odore nauseante di fumo come fossero stati conservati in un posacenere. Ho dovuto fare la doccia tre volte per togliere l'odore La prima notte ho dovuto dormire a finestre aperte per togliere l'odore di muffa. Il lenzuolo era talmente liso da avere i pallini tipici del cotone usurato. Nonostante questo il proprietario di casa si è preoccupato più dei miei modi che non delle condizioni igieniche disastrose dell'alloggio. Giro l'Italia per lavoro tutto l'anno e non ho mai vissuto un'esperienza così. Assolutamente da evitare

Appartment wirklich OK - aber leider keine zwei Schlafzimmer
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und umproblematisch, die Schlüsselübergabe auch. Auch unsere späte Anreise war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist zweckgemäß eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Die Straße runter gelangt man nach 3 Minuten zu einer Fußgängerzone, in der man gutes Frühstück bekommt, aber auch einkaufen und Essen gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ruhig gelegen - kein Straßenlärm.
Leider ist die Beschreibung der Wohnung in der Anzeige als auch in der Bestätigungsmail nicht korrekt. Diese Wohnung hat keine zwei extra Schlafzimmer! Es gibt lediglich ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Extrabett im Wohnzimmer. Da mein Mann ein extremer Schnarcher ist und das Schlafzimmer nur mit einer Schiebetür abgetrennt ist, musste letztendlich einer von uns mit der Matratze in der Küche schlafen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es: auf den Bilders wäre ja ersichtlich, dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt. Gelegen ist die Wohnung in einem Wohnviertel - dementsprechend schwierig ist es, einen Parkplatz zu finden - aber das war uns schon vorher klar und beeinflusst die Bewertung nicht. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist sehr muffig und dementsprechend leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Da unser Aufenthalt aber nur 4 Nächte dauerte konnten wir unsere Sachen gut in der vorhandenen Kommode unterbringen.

Appartement à 25 min de l'aéroport à pied et 8 min en taxi, spacieux grand et propre, salle de bain refaite. Gare de train à 10 min à pied pour rejoindre toute l'Italie.
