Good value. Good location, hot showers, clean, helpful staff, good working a/c. A very solid budget accomodation option. Recommend. We stayed here for 5 nights.
The food at the restaurant was not great. Average at best - much better options outside.

It has AC and restaurant staff is nice
very dusty, lack of cleanliness, all kind of mosquitos, flies, bugs in the room, bed sheet were clean as they did washed them but i found hairs, bug, dust , etc. ZERO attention to details, the balcony is VERY dirty full of spider waves. have to reach by walking only, no car or tuktuk will enter.
