Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall.
The biggest drawback is the location. It is very far from the main temple, making it inconvenient if your primary purpose is to visit the Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. Unless you travel by boat, you will need to walk approximately 3–4 km each way through narrow lanes. The hotel offers boat transfers, but these cost around ₹2,500 one way, which adds significantly to the overall expense.
Considering the room rates of around ₹15,000 per night, the facilities and rooms are quite ordinary and do not justify the price. The approach to the hotel is also through very dirty and unhygienic lanes, which was unpleasant.
We also experienced a cleanliness issue in our room. There were bugs on the bed, and my mother was bitten by something while sleeping, leaving her with a swollen lip and a noticeable bite mark.
The only highlight of our stay was the staff. They were genuinely kind, courteous, and always willing to help, which we really appreciated.
Overall, while the staff deserve praise for their excellent service, the location, value for money, cleanliness concerns, and accessibility make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel.

Right in the heart of Varanasi's pedestrian-friendly ghat area.breathtaking views of the Ganga directly from the rooms. Watching the sunrise from the window was a highlight of the stay. The hospitality is exceptional; although the hotel is located about 1 km into the pedestrian zone, the staff meets you at the pickup point to assist with luggage and escort you to the property. Best of all, the famous Ganga Aarti venue is just a 100-meter walk away.
