Hotel Sita Wake Up to the Ganges in the Spiritual Heart of Varanasi

The location could not be better, right on the banks of the river, on one of the largest historical ghats of the old city. I particularly loved the view from the window / balcony of my excellent room, and the visiting monkeys that showed up regularly three times a day on my balcony for bananas and conversation.

The rooftop restaurant needs to be much better managed. Not much that was on the menu was actually available, and the quality of meals offered was very inconsistent. The information given by staff is also not accurate. I was told firmly that the restaurant did not open until 10 AM for breakfast, yet when I went to the roof to take photos of the river, I encountered people fully engaged in having their breakfast at 8:30 AM. This situation is not very encouraging if you have to get to the airport for a mid-morning flight.

My room 406 with Balcony facing river Ganges and morning sun rise. Friendly Management and staff who promptly attended all issues for customer satisfaction. To be precise, people and customer friendly services.

1) Along with room and bathroom, balcony needs to be cleaned everyday. 2) Pillow cases and Towels need to be spotless white. Unfortunately they were over used and not suitable for use. 3) Bath room should have "anti-skid mat". 4) commode in the bathroom was highly stained. 5) Pillow cases, towels and commode should be immediately replaced,

As travelling alone as a lady hotel sita is the best and safe place to stay as I feel very safe and comfortable to stay here .As people of hotel sita are really friendly and helpful .Mr vishu who is really very supportive and is very informative about kashi he has lot and lot of knowledge about varanasi .I would definitely recommend everyone who are travelling to varanasi and want to fell varanasi as real banarasi should come and stay with sita family and fell the vibe of kashi . Will recommend everyone to come and stay Best ,👍👍👍👍👍👍

In my three nights stay, TV did not work at all. Hotel was blaming the service provider but the bottomline is that we felt cheated. This is SIMPLY NOT DONE!!
