The accomodation was right on the Ganges river. Staff met us at the main road and walked us through the narrow ghats to the property. Our room was the Kng Room which was a good size with a balcony and overlooked the Ganges. Air con worked well. Facilties were basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bars on the windows in the room, description of property promotes the rooftop terrace, but its not really useable and not maintained.

Really happy we chose this hotel. Tuk tuk drops on main road and it's a short walk through the most magnificent streets leading right up to the river ganges where this property is. The hotel offer to meet at a meeting point to help but we found it no problem. Room was really fab. We chose standard room with balcony and room was spotless, bright, great aircon in 40degree outside heat so was a great sanctuary. Really great location and staff were very helpful and always checking if we needed anything

The view on the Ganges river, closeness to the main attractions and the stuff that was helpful.
The room that we had was rather small and did not have any shelves or hangers to store/hang our clothes, but it was not something that ruined our holidays ;) everything was perfect, we loved the vibe of this place and this city!
