The manager, Hirsh ji, and the entire team at Hues of Varanasi were incredibly kind, generous, and helpful in ways I never could have expected. They went far beyond what their roles required, and every member of the team showed remarkable patience and warmth with my four-year-old son. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view of Maa Ganga, and was located right on Pandey Ghat. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

The accomodation was right on the Ganges river. Staff met us at the main road and walked us through the narrow ghats to the property. Our room was the Kng Room which was a good size with a balcony and overlooked the Ganges. Air con worked well. Facilties were basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bars on the windows in the room, description of property promotes the rooftop terrace, but its not really useable and not maintained.
